NEC RV reservations must be made no less than 5 days before you plan to arrive and must be paid with a credit card. The NEC no longer has cards on file. RV sites are locked beginning in January 2025. These sites will only be unlocked and a reservation card placed on the box if the site has a prepaid reservation. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the Services Office to open. Overnight staff will not be able to unlock sites. If you have any questions, please call the office at 636.561.8080 between the hours of 8am-4:30pm or email info@necstl.com.

Guest are able to start calling in right now. They would call 800-548-8690 and refer to the Gateway Classic Horse Show Exhibitor Block and the dates they are looking to stay. Guest can also use the one click web link listed below. Guest have until May 6, 2025 or the block fills up, whichever comes first to make a reservation at the discounted rate. After that date any un-booked rooms will be dropped from the block and anyone needing a reservation will have to make it at the hotel current going rate.
